1. Purpose and Scope of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the legal relationship between Zenit Group s.r.o. (the “Provider”) and any natural or legal person (the “Client”) who orders services or purchases goods from the Provider.

The scope of services includes:

  • dry carpet cleaning,

  • upholstery and mattress cleaning,

  • leather furniture cleaning,

  • cleaning of carpeted staircases,

  • on-site demonstrations of cleaning technologies,

  • sale of Carpet Cleaner machines and cleaning chemicals,

  • service, maintenance, and technical consulting.

By ordering any service or product, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these GTC.

2. Definitions

  • Provider– Zenit Group s.r.o.

  • Client– any individual or entity ordering services or purchasing goods.

  • Service – any service listed in Article 1.

  • Goods – Carpet Cleaner machines, technology, accessories, and chemicals.

  • Contract – a confirmed order, accepted quotation, or any other verifiable agreement for delivery.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

3.1 Methods of ordering

Orders may be placed via:

  • e-mail,

  • telephone,

  • online contact form,

  • in person.

3.2 Binding confirmation

An order becomes binding only after explicit confirmation by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to decline an order without stating a reason.

3.3 Cancellation of the appointment

The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation may result in a fee equal to demonstrable costs incurred.

4. Prices, Payments and Minimum Order Value

4.1 Prices

Prices are stated in quotations or agreed individually depending on the scope of work.

4.2 Minimum order value

The minimum order value is € 60.

4.3 Payment methods

  • Cash,

  • Bank transfer,

  • Invoice.

4.4 Invoice due date

Invoices are payable within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise.

4.5 Late payment

Late payment interest applies in accordance with § 369 of the Slovak Commercial Code.

6. Claims and Complaints

6.1 Time limits

Claims must be submitted:

  • for services: within 48 hours of completion,

  • for goods: within 5 days of receipt.

6.2 Resolution

The Provider may:

  • perform additional cleaning,

  • grant an adequate discount,

  • reject the claim if the issue is non-remediable or pre-existing.

7. Special Provisions for Business Clients (B-level – balanced strictness)

7.1 Legal framework

Relations with business clients are governed by the Slovak Commercial Code.

7.2 Quotations

  • Validity of quotations: 30 days.

  • A deposit may be required for large contracts.

7.3 Regular maintenance agreements

A framework contract may define:

  • cleaning intervals,

  • response times,

  • pricing structures,

  • service obligations.

7.4 Liability

The Provider is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.

5. Service Performance

5.1 Client obligations

The Client must:

  • provide access to the premises,

  • ensure access to electricity,

  • notify the Provider of any risks (damaged surfaces, loose carpets, moisture, etc.).

5.2 Provider obligations

The Provider shall perform the service professionally and using certified Carpet Cleaner technology.

5.3 Liability

The Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, material wear, or permanent stains.

8. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Slovak Act No. 18/2018.

8.1 Purpose of processing

  • service provision,

  • accounting,

  • communication,

  • marketing (with consent).

8.2 Data subject rights

Clients have the right to:

  • access,

  • rectification,

  • deletion,

  • restriction of processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

9. Final Provisions

These GTC are valid from the date of publication. The Provider reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.
